Orders and Tracking Information
After placing an online order with The Natural Box, we are pleased to advise of the following process:
- You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
- When goods have been picked up by third party courier, you will then receive an email notification from the third party courier with a tracking number
- Goods shall be packaged to prevent product damage during transport.
Within New Zealand
Free Shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $85. Orders can be expected within 2-3 working days. Rural delivery could take an extra day.
We charge a flat rate of $15 for all international shipping . Shipping will be done via E-Post and 8-10 days is expected.
Customs and Duties
Please ensure you check with your local customs office if any additional import duties or tax is applicable. The recipient of the order will be liable for any import duties and tax. Customs policies will differ from country to country and it is always best to confirm before making a purchase. The Natural Box will not refund any orders that are applicable for additional customs duties and tax.
All products are packaged with the utmost care. From time to time the packaging might get damaged throughout the shipping process. Should you make a claim relating to your product regarding damages in transit we advise that this be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods via Email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you notify us after 24 hours of receiving your goods, we will not process a refund or exchange as we would have assumed your goods has been delivered without any issues.
Refunds and returns are only offered for faulty or damaged where evidence of this can be given. Replacements can be given for the same product or any product on our site with a similar value. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us unless the goods are faulty.
